In order for us to legally marry you must provide Say Yes in Myrtle Beach with a valid South Carolina marriage license before your wedding ceremony! Getting your marriage license is your responsibility. You must bring us a marriage license at the time of your wedding and if you are unable to provide one, there will be no refunds.
The most important decision is to select your preferred wedding date and reserve that date as soon as possible to ensure availability. All wedding packages purchases are non-refundable. Full Payment may be made payable to Say Yes in Myrtle Beach via Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, and any other card. All details will be coordinated after you have made full payment to Say Yes in Myrtle Beach.
If you are booking your wedding or vow renewal ceremony within 60 days before the wedding date or renewal ceremony date the payment is due IN FULL within 24 hours of booking your reservation. If your payment is not made within 24 hours of booking the date with Say Yes in Myrtle Beach then your wedding date and time will be released for re-booking.
Booking Fees (Deposits) are non-refundable and non- contractual. There are no refunds of any payments for changed dates or canceled weddings. If there is a remaining balance still due or past due, it must be paid in full before we reschedule or postpone to another date and time within the same year, not the following year. All payments are required to book and secure your wedding date and time. All Payments are applied towards final balances if wedding moves forward as scheduled. Reservations and payments are non-transferable. Final Payment is due in full 60 days before the scheduled wedding date or Say Yes in Myrtle Beach reserves the right to cancel the scheduled wedding without notice. All payments made to Say Yes in Myrtle Beach are non- refundable.
Say Yes in Myrtle Beach will give directions to the wedding location on the day of the wedding. Make sure all of your guests, including the wedding party, have the correct directions and start time, Very Important! Please consider Myrtle Beach is a popular destination area and allow plenty of time for travel and preparation. You don’t want your guests waiting.
Officiant will perform one of many standard wedding vows typically 15-30 minutes, but ceremonies cannot exceed 1 hour.
New July 2015 Beach Rules and Ordinances. In many beach locations that limit the times available for beach ceremonies with chairs and décor to after 5pm between May 1st and Labor Day. We are always up to date with local ordinances that can affect your wedding location and time! VERY IMPORTANT There are some areas where we can perform weddings with chairs and décor before 5pm however, these areas are located outside of the City of Myrtle Beach. Say Yes in Myrtle Beach is not responsible for High Tides, inclement weather, natural disasters, acts of God, Thunderstorms, pandemics, epidemics, or site restrictions. Say Yes in Myrtle Beach has the right to change time and or location in order to arrange our clients with their beach weddings. Keep in mind that when planning any outdoor event that inclement weather is always possible. If there is a mandatory evacuation because of a hurricane, you will have the option of rescheduling your ceremony for another date within the same year, not the following year. We strongly suggest you purchase (wedding insurance) to cover any expenses incurred due to the postponement or cancelation of your wedding. Refunds will not be issued.
If your ceremony is affected by inclement weather, please consider the following policies that will be applied right away:
We will present the choice to reschedule to a date and or time within the same year, not the following year; when Say YES in Myrtle Beach can keep your full package options of your original contract.
If you are unable to continue your stay for rescheduling, the original contract will be forfeited, without refund of any payment.
A few suggestions
Try not to book your wedding on a date immediately before your family and bridal party are scheduled to leave Myrtle Beach.
Try to book your ceremony in the middle of your stay to allow more flexibility for everyone.
It is important that you turn your cell phones on.
In case you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled ceremony, we will not wait. You will not be entitled to a refund of any payments you have made to Say Yes in Myrtle Beach and all funds will be forfeited.
Say Yes in Myrtle Beach is a photographer owned company and we do not work with any other photographers and videographers.
All of our customers receive their digital images with a copyright release. Clients hereby grant Say Yes in Myrtle Beach the right to use and publish images and photographs of your wedding ceremony to our websites, social media channels, advertising & promotional materials. The copyright release Say Yes in Myrtle Beach provides allows you unlimited personal use and reproduction of your photographs. You can print them, e-mail them, put them on your personal website, etc. You can do just about anything except sell them, publish for commercial use, enter them in photo contest, use them for any type of monetary gain or advertising, or claim that you took them. With you contracting Say Yes in Myrtle Beach, your images, likeness other reproduction copyrights are ours without limitations and no exceptions.
Reminder: Many photo labs will require a copy of your copyright release before they print your pictures. You will get a copy of the release with your Flash Card.

Regardless of who assumes full payment for Wedding package(s).
